Yes! We are so happy to be shipping internationally. We cannot offer free shipping, but we are subsidizing the cost so that it is not too expensive.
We ship via USPS which provides trackable methods of shipping. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local USPS and dous customer service for further assistance. As a small business, we are seeing a larger scale of package lost and theft, so we have incorporated Package Protection at checkout. This service is automatically added to each order for a small fee, which protects your order against loss, theft, or any damage during transit. By removing the Green Package Protection, you understand that dous will not be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen and will not issue refunds or replacements. Please note that dous can not be held liable, we rely on USPS for making sure these packages get properly delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
It depends on where you are! Processing can take up to 1-7 days depending on the volume we receive. Orders once processed, will take 5-7 business days to arrive. For international orders, it may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please look out for updates in your email inbox!

We want to be able to ship your tote to you as quickly as possible, so we are paying for expedited shipping from our manufacturer.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you want to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once we recieve it, we will process the return. You can also send us an email directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We do not recommend putting the tote bags in the washer or dryer. As we want to stay away from synthetic materials that contribute to micro plastic pollution, we decided to stick with using 100% cotton fabric. With 100% cotton, there will be a shrinkage of a few centimeters. Our canvas totes should be spot cleaned with cold water to avoid shrinkage.
Our emails tend to find their ways to the promotions and spam folders. Please check those places first and if they are still missing, please send us an email and we would be more than happy to resend them! If possible, please help us mark our emails as "safe" to avoid this in the future!
